Terms of sales

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the contractual relationship between Navigating Risk & Audit (hereinafter referred to as “the Service Provider”) and its professional clients (hereinafter referred to as “the Client”) in the context of consulting, audit, cybersecurity, compliance, and training services.

Each service is defined in a quotation, program, or specific agreement.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Any service is subject to a commercial proposal.
Written acceptance of the quotation or online registration for a training course constitutes a firm order and acceptance of these GTCS.

Cancellation by the Client:

Cancellation by the Service Provider: full refund of amounts paid, with no further compensation.

The Service Provider is bound by an obligation of means and not of result.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials (reports, guides, training materials) provided to the Client remain the intellectual property of the Service Provider.
Any reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written authorization is prohibited.

9. Confidentiality

All information exchanged between the parties is strictly confidential.
The Service Provider undertakes not to disclose any sensitive Client information, except where legally required.

10. Personal Data Protection

Navigating Risk & Audit processes personal data solely for the management of the commercial relationship and the delivery of services, in compliance with the GDPR.
The Client may exercise their rights (access, rectification, deletion) by writing to audit@navigating-risk.be.

11. Force Majeure

The Service Provider cannot be held liable for delays or non-performance due to force majeure events (pandemic, strike, natural disaster, major IT failure, etc.).

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These GTCS are governed by Belgian law.
In the event of a dispute, the courts of Brussels shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

NRA reserves the right to provide translations to users for convenience purposes only. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the French version and a non-French version, the French version shall prevail, subject to mandatory provisions of local law.
